Job Purpose<br>The System Administrator is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of the company's IT infrastructure, including computer systems, servers, networks, and related technologies. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and authentication requirements. Ensure appropriate access controls are maintained across company systems and applications. Support employees with account, access, and system-related issues. IT Support & Troubleshooting Provide day-to-day technical and operational support to employees. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, system, and network issues in a timely manner. Troubleshoot issues by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing incidents, and assessing their operational impact. Install and support desktop applications, workstations, printers, and related IT equipment. Coordinate with external vendors and maintenance providers when required. Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and spare parts required for emergency repairs. Ensure technical issues are resolved with minimal disruption to business operations. Unified Communications & IT Services Maintain Unified Communications, VoIP, and related equipment, services, and platforms. Support software upgrades, installations, and system integrations. Provide technical specifications and documentation to support the planning and implementation of new or upgraded IT infrastructure. Identify opportunities to improve and automate IT processes where applicable.<br>Qualifications & Experience<br>Education Bachelor's or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field. Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal education. scanning, baggage X-ray, walk-through and hand-held metal detection, personal search, vehicle inspection, restricted-item control and secondary-screening arrangements.<br> The role holder ensures that scanning and screening operations are risk-based, regulatorily compliant, operationally efficient and aligned with QIC’s guest experience, workforce access and city security objectives.<br>
