Overview : SAMA Self Supervisory Regulations require that each financial institution is required to have private , independent specialized unit comprised of Self Supervisory Unit (SSU) officers reporting to the Head of Compliance/MLRO. The unit is tasked with handling requests received from the Special Enforcement Division of the Saudi Central Bank. The unit will operate in line with the SSU Regulations and KOPS. Please note that this is Regulated Role and only Saudi Nationals will be considered. SAMA approval needs to be obtained for the SSU Officer prior to the commencement of his/her responsibilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly articulate technical and strategic level cyber matters to a variety of audiences. Produces cyber intelligence reports communicating technical issues to a broad audience including information security staff, non-technical business representatives, and senior management. Strong analytical and organizational skills, leadership skills, the ability to lead cyber team and provide on call support after business hours. Administration of EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) Technology. Deploy, upgrade, and maintain EDR agents across Windows, macOS, and Linux. The Senior Specialist, Cybersecurity is responsible for leading the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of advanced cybersecurity solutions to protect the organization's IT infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and information assets. The role provides senior technical expertise in cybersecurity engineering, threat detection, vulnerability management, security architecture, and incident response while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including NCA Cybersecurity Controls and PDPL. Key Responsibilities Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of cybersecurity solutions, including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, IAM, PAM, and security monitoring platforms. PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT – Conduct site QC surveillance in order to ensure that all site construction activities are carried out with the project requirements.
