Perform performance analysis and tuning (compute, storage, network), contribute to capacity forecasts and support right-sizing efforts. Security, Patch & Resilience Operations Apply platform hardening, patching, backup and recovery procedures; enforce configuration baselines and remediation actions to meet security requirements. Support DR exercises and backup verification; implement resilient deployment patterns (multi-AZ, failover) Incident Response, Troubleshooting & L2/L3 Support Act as escalation point for complex incidents: triage, diagnose root cause, implement fixes or workarounds and follow through to closure with documented RCA. Collaborate with application teams, integration owners and third-party vendors to resolve cross-stack faults and reduce recurrence. Reporting & Knowledge Sharing Provide periodic operational updates to Section Head on deployments, incidents, risks and improvements. Maintain runbooks, configuration baselines, deployment playbooks and change records; contribute to the team knowledge base and onboarding material.
