Job Purpose<br><br>Hanmi Global is seeking a highly qualified Road Inspector to join our program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will carry out field inspection and quality surveillance of roadworks and highway infrastructure construction for a mega multi-work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, delivered on behalf of a major government entity.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>You will monitor contractor compliance with approved design drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures for roads, pavements, and associated infrastructure, ensuring works are constructed to the required standards and supporting the successful delivery of the overall development program.<br><br> Conduct daily field inspections of road and highway construction activities — subgrade, subbase, base course, asphalt paving, kerbs and channels, drainage, road markings, and signage — to verify compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications Monitor and verify the contractor's material sampling and testing procedures for soil, aggregate, and asphalt in accordance with approved standards (e.g., ASTM, AASHTO, or applicable Saudi standards) Review and verify survey and setting-out data for roadworks to confirm alignment, levels, and geometrics conform to the approved design Identify and report non-conformances, defects, and deviations from specifications;
