<span>Why Join PMK PMKConsult is an award-winning project, commercial and design management consultancy with offices in the UAE, KSA and the UK, with a project footprint that exceeds 4.<br>5 million sqm and a project portfolio value exceeding USD $8 billion.<br> We’re proud of our strong company culture.<br> We actively build a positive and collaborative working environment by bringing in people who encourage and support their teammates, take full ownership, proactively solve problems and focus on results.<br> Key Responsibilities Review project appraisals, budgets, cost plans, cashflow and contracts from a lender’s perspective.<br> Monitor construction progress, programme, costs, quality, variations, claims and delays.<br> Independently verify project progress and contractor payment applications to support lender drawdowns.<br> Monitor cost-to-complete, forecasts, contingency and overall project financial performance.<br> Identify, assess and report key project risks, recommending appropriate mitigation measures.<br> Conduct regular site inspections and attend project progress meetings.<br> Liaise with the Borrower, Contractor and design team while maintaining independence and confidentiality.<br> Prepare monitoring reports, drawdown recommendations, executive summaries and ad hoc risk reports.<br> Experience & Background Chartered membership of RICS (MRICS/FRICS) or equivalent recognised professional body.<br> Minimum 8–10+ years' post-qualification QS experience, including prior experience in development/bank monitoring, employer's agent, or project monitoring roles.<br> Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC strongly preferred; familiarity with local contracting practices, FIDIC-based contracts, and Saudi regulatory/permitting environment.<br> Strong understanding of construction finance structures, drawdown mechanisms, and lender risk requirements.<br> Excellent written reporting skills suitable for credit/investment committee audiences.<br> Willingness and ability to travel/be based on site across KSA.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
