Lead the deployment of digital rig performance analytics.• HSE Excellence: Own safety performance across all operational sites, cultivate a zero-harm culture, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and lead incident prevention efforts.• Fleet Maintenance & Reliability: Oversee preventative maintenance strategies and spare parts supply to minimize rig downtime and optimize lifecycle costs.• Logistics & Supply Chain: Direct site mobilization/demobilization, procurement, materials management, and operational vendor contracts.• Financial & Commercial Oversight: Manage divisional P&L, establish operational budgets, drive margin improvements, and support commercial client engagements.• Team Development: Build, mentor, and scale field and office teams across divisions while establishing robust competency and training frameworks.<br>What We’re Looking For Experience:• 12+ years in drilling, oil & gas, or mining/resource sector operations, including 5+ years in a senior executive role (GM, Operations Director, or COO level).• Proven success managing simultaneous multi-rig projects and multidisciplinary operational teams.• Demonstrated P&L responsibility, budgeting, and cost-control experience.• Strong track record of driving HSE transformations and fleet reliability programs.
