<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE:</strong></p><br><p>The job of the General Manager, Field Production is to lead and oversee the field production operations, including hull construction, outfitting, pre-blasting and painting, painting, machinery installation, and commissioning. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of shipbuilding projects, meeting quality and safety standards, optimizing resource utilization, and delivering projects on time and within budget.</p><br><p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</strong></p><br><p>1. Scaffolding</p><br><ul><li> Manage the scaffolding processes, ensuring safety and proper scaffolding installation for hull construction, outfitting, and post-painting activities. </li><li> Plan, install, inspect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding in compliance with safety standards and project requirements. </li><li>Ensure scaffolding is adequately designed, certified, and maintained to support safe access for all work phases.</li></ul>

<p><h4>Contracts engineer/administrator supporting hospitality projects across the Middle East</h4>
<p>Supporting hotels, stadiums, museums, and hospitals projects by ensuring effective contract administration and compliance with contractual requirements. Prepares, reviews, and manages contract documentation, variations, claims, and correspondence while coordinating with project teams and contractors.</p>

Role Purpose:The IT Security Lead is responsible for implementing and managing ASD’s enterprise information security programme to protect its systems, data, and digital assets from cyber threats and ensure regulatory compliance. The role establishes and matures the organization's security posture through policy, technology, and awareness — with a specific focus on securing the SAP S/4HANA programme environment, Microsoft platforms, cloud infrastructure, and operational technology. Ensure that all necessary bonds, warranties, insurances, undertakings, etc. are in the commercial interest of the Client and in accordance with the contracts. Assist the Contract Manager with client's meeting, other third parties, and contractors relating to procurement, contracts, and claims. Administer Consultants and Contractors' claims. Support with the draft contractual communications and review all incoming correspondence to assess and manage any commercial impact if any. Help with the Application and Payments process to ensure accuracy and adherence to the contract. Ensure adherence to Quality Control processes, resulting in the delivery of the highest quality work to the client. Assist with the coordination with other discipline managers in the team to provide direction to the consultant staff and foster a spirit of collaboration throughout the construction supervision services.<br>ABOUT YOU<br>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or Quantity Surveying discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience) Formal qualifications/affiliations to RICS, IQS, ICES, or CIOB. Applicable Experience: over 12 years in project management, particularly in mega construction projects, mainly as a Consultant. Candidates with exclusive contractors experience will not be taken into consideration. Understanding of construction, design and engineering principles. Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Proficiency level of English language. Arabic Language is a plus. <span></span><p>-</p><br>Job Purpose <br><p>Responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of the Project Sales business channel. Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.</p><br>
<br><br>Key Accountability Areas <br><p>Sales Invoicing and Documentation:</p><br>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for issuing sales invoices and sales returns according to company procedures.</li>
<li>Check sales invoices and sales returns, complete signatories, approvals, and copies, and organize the sales custody (invoices, collection vouchers, etc.). Send them periodically to the account department.</li>
<li>Issue other types of invoices (gift invoices, samples invoices, etc.) within the system.</li>
<li>In case of system connection issues, manually issue sale invoices (with preapproval) and obtain approval from the branch manager.</li>
<li>Maintain organized files with copies of sale invoices and other invoices.</li>

<p>Financial Tracking and Reporting:</p><br>

<li>Ensure that all expenses are recorded on the system. Prepare and organize the branch’s expenses sheets.</li>

<li>Monitor the status of deposited cheques and address relevant issues with the branch manager and accounts department.</li>
<li>Safeguard Post Dated Cheques (PDCs) in the branch safe.</li>
<li>Receive deposit slips and promptly deposit cash into the bank.</li>
<li>Participate in the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Prepare hand-over applications for all sales staff, including supporting documents as per procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure to review the original customer account reconciliation attached to hand over records for salesmen and branch managers before sending them to the accounts department.</li>
