ABOUT THE JOB<br>We are currently seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh.<br>This opportunity lies within our Infrastructure Division and requires specific expertise in working on Civil Engineering and Transportation projects, particularly those involving roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels in urban environments. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all contractual matters, ensuring compliance, managing change proposals, and costs reports.<br>KEY RESPONSABILITIES<br>Main descriptions of the job position:Support the Contract Manager on all contractual matters, including contract compliance, change management, cost reporting, and claim mitigation strategies during the whole project life cycle. <br><br>Key Accountability Areas <br><p>Sales Invoicing and Documentation:</p><br>

<li>Responsible for issuing sales invoices and sales returns according to company procedures.</li>
<li>Check sales invoices and sales returns, complete signatories, approvals, and copies, and organize the sales custody (invoices, collection vouchers, etc.). Send them periodically to the account department.</li>
<li>Issue other types of invoices (gift invoices, samples invoices, etc.) within the system.</li>
<li>In case of system connection issues, manually issue sale invoices (with preapproval) and obtain approval from the branch manager.</li>
