JOB PURPOSE:<br><br>Own Gathern's strategic planning and performance cycle end to end including the North Star driver model, the OKR and initiative portfolio planning, and the executive and board reporting built on top of them, so that leadership decisions are made on numbers that are current, reconciled and traceable to a driver.<br><br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:<br><br>Strategic planning and analysis<br><br>Maintain the planning and analysis for the main including revenue, reservations, ARPR, SCR, ADR, LOS and take rate Keeping targets, actuals and variances reconciled every month Run diagnostic analysis that attributes revenue and reservation gaps to primary and supporting drivers, and convert the attribution into named actions with owners and dates Build and maintain scenario and sensitivity models for pricing, segmentation and destination planning Support the annual and quarterly planning cycle, including target setting and the monthly ramp<br><br>Performance management<br><br>Own the OKR planning: objectives, key results, initiative cards, scoring and milestone tracking Run the monthly performance cycle and data cut-off, variance review, commentary drafting and publication to afixed calendar Ensure all the commitments and initiative are translated into the required performance outcome Maintain the metric definitions library and enforce definition consistency across every published report<br><br>Executive and board reporting<br><br>Produce the monthly executive report, the quarterly one-pager and board materials to a consistent standard: action titles, three to four lines of commentary, and internally consistent metrics Prepare pre-reads and decision papers for the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors Act as the quality gate on numbers leaving the department.
