Job Summary:<br>A Paralegal is responsible for assisting the Legal Manager and the Legal Team in providing legal solutions that promote the Company’s commercial interests and ensure its compliance with all Saudi laws and regulations.<br>Responsibilities:<br>Prepares draft contracts for review by the Legal Manager. Review new contractual agreements and report to the Legal Manager on any observed non-compliance whether by outside parties or by the relevant company as appropriate.
