Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will assist in leading the Engineering team through the final stages of construction, testing, commissioning, operational setup, and the smooth transition into daily maintenance activities. Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or large facilities, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire life safety systems, and energy management systems. Proven experience with pre-opening activities including commissioning, snagging, defect management, and system handover processes. <p>The Erection Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the assembly, alignment, and erection of large industrial storage tanks and related structures in oil, gas, and petrochemical projects.
