Supervise the quality inspection of raw materials and finished products and ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications. Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehousing departments to ensure the availability of required production materials on time. Monitor the performance of production lines or manufacturers and ensure compliance with quality and efficiency standards while minimizing downtime and delays. Analyze quality and production issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Monitor waste, damaged products, and returns related to production and quality and provide recommendations for improvement. Review and approve quality, inspection, and production reports before submission to management, ensuring data accuracy and quality of outputs. Develop and improve quality and production procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors and operating costs. Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout all stages of production, storage, and handling. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to address quality issues, delays, or non-conformities in accordance with approved procedures. Support new product launches by monitoring production readiness, approving samples, and ensuring compliance with specifications. Prepare periodic reports on production and quality, achievement rates, waste, issues, and improvement recommendations. Monitor quality and production KPIs, analyze variances, and submit improvement plans to management.<br>Other Responsibilities Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager or their delegate. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Quality Management, or an equivalent field. Experience7–10 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in analyzing quality and production issues and identifying root causes. Good knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and product and material control processes. Ability to coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Inventory, suppliers, and manufacturers.
