This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Triconex ESD Systems (TMR architecture), including TriStation programming, functional safety validation per IEC 61511, and site commissioning leadership.</p><br><p><strong>What You’ll Lead and Deliver</strong> </p><br><ul><li>Supervise ESD system engineering including hardware design, I/O allocation, cause-and-effect matrix development, logic diagrams, and safety requirement specifications (SRS).</li><li>Lead and review ESD logic programming in TriStation for Triconex TMR-based safety systems, ensuring alignment with approved cause-and-effect matrices and SRS.</li><li>Ensure all ESD system engineering complies with IEC 61511 functional safety requirements; lead SIL verification, functional safety assessment (FSA), and proof testing procedures.</li><li> Plan and lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for Triconex ESD systems including test procedure preparation, execution, and punch list management.</li><li>Lead ESD system commissioning on-site including function testing, trip testing, SIL performance verification, and first-time startup support.</li><li>Manage ESD interfaces with the Schneider Foxboro DCS and other systems via hardwired connections, OPC, and Modbus communication links.</li><li> Supervise and mentor ESD engineers, providing technical guidance, reviewing outputs, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.</li><li>Act as the technical authority for all ESD-related engineering decisions, safety function queries, and operational safety reviews.</li></ul> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
