HVAC Technician – Facilities Management / Building Maintenance We are hiring an HVAC Technician to support the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems within building facilities. This role is suitable for a technician with hands-on experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, HVAC maintenance, MEP projects. The candidate must have practical experience in building facilities, not only installation or construction work.<br><br>Role Summary The HVAC Technician will be responsible for operating, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems and equipment in building facilities. The role includes preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, responding to maintenance calls, identifying faults, requesting spare parts, and ensuring HVAC systems remain in proper operational condition.
