The successful candidate will be fully responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the project, including planning, mobilization, execution, coordination, quality control, commercial monitoring, client communication, testing, commissioning and final handover. Key Responsibilities• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial planning and site mobilization through execution, completion and handover.• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, manpower requirements, procurement schedules and material delivery plans.• Lead and coordinate all architectural fit-out, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and related specialist works.• Ensure effective coordination between architectural finishes and MEP services to prevent clashes, delays and rework.• Manage hotel renovation and fit-out activities, including guest rooms, corridors, public areas, back-of-house areas and service facilities.• Review project drawings, shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, material submittals and technical documents.• Coordinate with the client, consultant, hotel management, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.• Monitor site progress against the approved baseline schedule and take corrective action when delays or risks are identified.• Manage subcontractors and site teams, ensuring clear work allocation, productivity monitoring and timely completion of assigned activities.• Ensure that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, applicable codes and project quality standards.• Oversee material approvals, procurement requirements, deliveries, inspections and proper storage at the project site.• Identify technical, operational and commercial risks and implement appropriate mitigation and recovery plans.• Monitor project costs, variations, change orders, claims, subcontractor performance and resource utilization.• Lead regular progress meetings and prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly project reports.• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements throughout all project activities.• Coordinate inspections, snagging, testing, commissioning, authority approvals and close-out documentation.• Ensure the timely submission of as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, testing records and handover documents.• Deliver the project within the approved scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements. Qualifications and Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related engineering discipline.• Candidates with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background may also be considered, provided they have extensive experience managing complete fit-out and MEP projects.• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in construction, interior fit-out or project delivery.• At least 6 years of proven experience in a Project Manager position.• Strong experience in hotel, hospitality, luxury residential or high-end commercial fit-out projects is highly preferred.• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from mobilization through testing, commissioning and final handover.• Strong technical understanding of architectural finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, partitions, waterproofing and associated MEP systems.• Excellent knowledge of project planning, procurement, subcontractor management, cost control, quality management and site operations.• Ability to read, review and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings.• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office and related systems is preferred.• Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia and familiarity with local project requirements are highly preferred. Responsibilities JOB PURPOSE As part of the sales team the primary role of this position is to maximize our on-shelf presence in all outlets served by the merchandiser. Additionally, when required the merchandiser will conduct in-store sampling sessions and in-store sampling and/or promotions. Planograms must be adhered to for both on and off shelf displays. Any non-compliance to the agreed arrangements must be reported to the pre-seller immediately. In addition to these duties the merchandiser is required to supply the pre-seller with the latest market information in order to take advantage of any selling opportunities. Accountabilities: Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor. Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display. Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays. Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms. Rotate product using FIFO method, and remove sub-standard products. Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times. Monitor and report competitive activities. Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet. Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor. Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required. Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct. Key Performance Measures: Execution Standard. LTA enforcement. Journey plan adherence. Qualifications EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Valid driving license. Service-level oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
