MBA or professional project management qualifications (PMP, CPM, RICS, CIArb, or similar) are highly preferred. Experience:15+ years of experience in project controls, planning, or PMO functions within real estate development or construction. Proven experience on large-scale real estate development programmes in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.
