JOB DESCRIPTION<br>We have an opportunity for a Product Specialist to support our growing business in our Emergency Medicine (EM) Division to provide product training and sales support to distribution partners primarily in Saudi Arabia and potentially in other Middle Eastern countries. This role will report to the Country Sales Manager Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh.<br>As a member of the Vascular and Emergency Medicine (VEM) Business Unit, this essential commercial position will have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility to help deliver the revenue growth expectations through more in-depth product utilization and customer adoption through consistent product training and sales support primarily to our distribution partners but also to customers.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br>The Product Specialist – Emergency Medicine (EM) will be pivotal in developing the Emergency Medicine (EM) business by acquiring knowledge and expertise. The role will provide support to the sales operation of our distributors and support customers daily with product training, providing technical expertise through product presentations, demonstration, and support, both virtually and in-person.<br>Working closely with colleagues from Sales, Marketing and Clinical Medical Affairs, the job holder will conduct regular product trainings and facilitate the identification of opportunities for clinical and medical education in collaboration with their respective CMA referral for key customers. This with the aim to drive the growth through more in-depth product utilization, building confidence of the operator through everyday use and using the latest supporting materials to ensure the customer understands the product and its benefit both to clinical practice and patient.<br>The role will be deeply involved in driving the execution of the associated commercial tactical plans needed to increase awareness and uptake of Teleflex EM products across the country (region).
