UC Senior Technical Support Engineer Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Unified Communications (UC) Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Avaya Aura, Cisco Unified Communications, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), VoIP, SIP, and enterprise telecommunications technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to support laboratory operations, contribute to technical excellence, and play a key role in delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.<br>Where You'll Make a Difference<br>The primary responsibilities for the Lab Technician role will be to provide support to multiple laboratories, including Application and Home Care Technical Labs.
