Degree in Natural science, Pharmacy, Medicine or equivalent.</li><li>10+ years Significant leadership experience in both Clinical Research &amp; Development and Medical Affairs in the Pharmaceutical Business, obtained in one or more of the GCC markets.</li><li>Understanding of GCC/KSA Healthcare systems and pharmaceutical regulatory environment.</li><li>Proven ability to lead teams and influence in a cross-functional and multidisciplinary, matrix context.</li><li>Fluent in speaking and good writing skills in English.</li><li>Ability to set and manage priorities, resources, performance targets and project initiatives in a multi-TA, matrix environment.</li><li>High integrity and highest ethical standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable Capabilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Strategic/Business insights and awareness of TA/Brand specific strategies.</li><li>Business acumen.</li><li>Knowledge of global R&amp;D ways of working.</li><li>Experience from with External Service Providers.</li><li>Ability to develop and implement applicable operational processes.</li><li>Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.</li></ul>
