MRG has been retained on a confidential search for an established privately owned Saudi real estate developer seeking to appoint a General Manager, Development.<br>This is a broad development mandate combining opportunity origination, investment, business development and project delivery.<br>We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build the investment case, secure the land and capital, and deliver.<br>The General Manager, Development will play a central role in growing the company's development pipeline across Saudi Arabia, identifying proprietary investment opportunities while also securing projects and partnerships with external landowners, investors and institutions.<br>The successful candidate should already have meaningful relationships across the Saudi real estate market and be capable of turning those relationships into development opportunities.<br>Alongside growing the pipeline, the General Manager will lead developments from feasibility through design, procurement, construction and completion, while building the internal team required to support the business as it expands.<br>We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:<br>A substantial track record with a recognised Saudi real estate developer.
