In this role, you will contribute to the advancement of the Open System Architecture Signal Injector (OSI) product, a cutting-edge technology at the forefront of radar innovation. This position involves developing and analyzing system and software requirements, designing sophisticated mathematical algorithms, creating system architectures, and collaborating with software and integration/test engineers. This role is based onsite in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will take on engineering responsibilities such as planning and executing radar test events, conducting in-depth radar data analyses, and developing and implementing verification strategies for advanced radar capabilities and software builds across HWIL, SIL, and field environments. You will leverage radar-domain expertise to analyze system behavior, evaluate algorithm and software performance, and diagnose the root causes of anomalies. Your tasks will include creating test objectives, specifying data collection requirements, analyzing mission and sensor data to evaluate performance in detection, tracking, discrimination, and engagement, and sharing results with multidisciplinary engineering teams. You will collaborate with systems, software, and algorithm engineers while also working independently to support requirements validation, technical reviews, and readiness for Flight Test events. This position may require occasional travel to Raytheon and government sites to assist with integration efforts, test events, and technical discussions. The Senior Thermal Analyst position is located in Huntsville, AL and the role is onsite. As a mid-level career Senior Thermal Analyst you will be responsible for detailed thermal analysis on products throughout their lifecycle from initial design trade studies and proposals through qualification testing to enduring production support. The analysis will cover a wide range of difficult problems, requiring solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives. The analysis tasks will span the spectrum from classical hand analyses to detailed analyses requiring the use of finite element analysis software. A Thermal Engineer of this salary grade is expected to have a level of technical competence with thermodynamic principles. The Project Lead will serve as the primary technical and project coordination lead, ensuring that procedure reviews are completed on schedule, meet client expectations, and comply with applicable Saudi Arabian regulations, client standards, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting mission-critical facilities, data center operations, commissioning, facility engineering, operational readiness, or critical infrastructure, with the ability to lead technical teams and manage complex deliverables in a fast-paced client environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of mission-critical facilities by overseeing procedure reviews, coordinating technical resources, resolving issues, managing deliverables, and serving as the primary interface with client stakeholders. &nbsp; &nbsp; RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of Mechanical, Electrical, and Safety Engineers performing reviews of SOPs, EOPs, and MOPs for mission-critical data center facilities.</li><li>Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource assignments, deliverable trackers, and reporting tools to ensure effective project delivery.</li><li>Monitor project progress, track milestones, manage priorities, and ensure client commitments are achieved on time and to the required before client submission, ensuring comments, revisions, and technical recommendations are properly addressed.</li><li>Ensure reviewed procedures support the safe and reliable operation of mission-critical infrastructure, including medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution, utility service and switching, UPS systems, standby generators, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), chilled water systems, cooling towers, Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAH), pumps, valves, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS).</li><li>Verify procedures appropriately address Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit-to-Work requirements, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), electrical safety, arc flash hazards, isolation and verification requirements, emergency response procedures, and operational risk mitigation.</li><li>Ensure procedure reviews comply with Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements, client standards, and applicable international codes and standards adopted by the project.</li><li>Establish quality review processes for project deliverables, ensuring document revisions are properly controlled, traceable, and aligned with client expectations.</li><li>Monitor review quality, provide coaching to engineering staff, and support continuous improvement of technical review methodologies and standards.</li><li>Present review findings, technical recommendations, project updates, risks, and deliverable status to client stakeholders and project leadership.</li><li>Support the resolution of client comments and facilitate the final acceptance of the document.</li><li>Assign workloads, monitor team performance, provide technical leadership and mentorship, and promote collaboration, accountability, safety, and operational excellence.</li><li>Perform other related duties as required and assigned.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS Required qualifications: <ul><li>10+ years of experience supporting mission-critical facilities, data center operations, commissioning, facility engineering, operational readiness, critical infrastructure, or related technical environments.</li><li>5+ years of project management, program management, or technical team leadership experience leading complex engineering or operations projects.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.</li><li>Demonstrated experience reviewing, developing, approving, or managing SOPs, EOPs, and MOPs for mission-critical or critical infrastructure facilities.</li><li>Strong operational knowledge of mission-critical electrical and mechanical systems, including electrical distribution, switching, UPS systems, standby generators, ATS, chilled water systems, cooling towers, CRAH units, pumps, valves, BMS, and EPMS.</li><li>Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinating technical deliverables across mechanical, electrical, safety, operations, and facility management disciplines.</li><li>Strong understanding of mission-critical facility operations, maintenance strategies, operational risk management, and system redundancy principles.</li><li>Working
