Job Summary<br>We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong Civil Engineering background to lead and manage the successful delivery of large-scale building, hospitality, commercial, residential, and high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex construction projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful project execution from pre-construction through completion and handover. The candidate must have proven experience delivering high-rise towers, luxury hospitality projects, landmark developments, and major building projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, cost control, and schedule performance. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overall project management, including planning, execution, resource coordination, stakeholder management, commercial performance, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful project delivery in line with client and company objectives.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall execution of assigned construction projects from mobilization to completion and handover. Take responsibility for project performance, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Develop and implement project execution plans, construction strategies, and delivery programs. Manage day-to-day project activities and provide leadership to project engineers, construction managers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC teams, architects, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Review and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, procurement plans, and resource requirements. Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards. Manage coordination between civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and specialist subcontractor works. Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and technical submissions. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve planned targets. Lead project progress meetings and provide regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure effective implementation of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements. Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations. Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources. Identify technical, commercial, and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Support contract administration, variations, claims, and commercial management activities. Review project costs, forecasts, productivity, and resource utilization. Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out activities. Role Purpose:The System Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between ASD’s business requirements and IT solution design across the SAP S/4HANA program and the broader application portfolio. The role gathers, analyses, documents, and validates functional and technical requirements; translates business needs into system specifications; and supports delivery teams through the full SDLC from requirements gathering through testing, go-live, post-implementation support and ongoing support. The System Analyst works closely with SAP functional consultants, business process owners, and the QA team to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed acceptance criteria and ASD’s operational requirements.<br>Key Accountabilities1. Requirements Elicitation & Documentation:Facilitate structured workshops, user interviews, and BRD sessions with business stakeholders to elicit functional and non-functional requirements. Document business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams using agreed standards and templates. Validate requirements completeness and consistency with business sponsors; obtain formal sign-off before design commences. Maintain the requirements traceability matrix (RTM); ensure all requirements are mapped to design, development, and test artefacts. Manage changes to requirements through the formal change control process; assess and document scope, cost, and schedule impact.<br>2. Business Process Analysis & Design:Analyze and document current-state (As-Is) business processes using flowchart notation for all workflows. Collaborate with functional consultants to design future-state (To-Be) processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices. Identify process gaps, automation opportunities, and integration requirements between SAP and connected application systems. Produce detailed system design specifications including data mappings, interface designs, and configuration requirements. Review and validate functional specification documents produced by the system integrator against ASD’s business requirements.3. Testing Support & Quality Assurance:Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on functional specifications for SIT and UAT cycles. Support business users during UAT; facilitate defect triage, track defect resolution, and confirm fix verification. Maintain defect logs in the ITSM/test management tool; produce defect status reports for the Program / Project Manager. Validate that system behavior matches specifications and acceptance criteria before authorizing test cycle completion. Document test results, lessons learned, and UAT sign-off artefacts for each test cycle.<br>4. Data Migration Support:Collaborate with the Data Lead to document data migration requirements, source-to-target mappings, and data quality rules. Analyze legacy system data structures; identify data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment requirements. Validate data migration results at each mock run cycle; document reconciliation findings and exception reports. Support business users in data validation activities during migration dry runs and the final production migration. Ensure master data governance standards are embedded into business processes as part of go-live readiness.5. Application Portfolio & Documentation:Produce and maintain application documentation including functional specs, system integration diagrams, and configuration guides. Support analysis and requirements definition for non-SAP application initiatives: Sales Buzz, Sales Code, Shelfr, and SO99. Maintain the Share Point IT Governance library with up-to-date functional documentation, decision logs, and change records. Provide post-go-live functional support; analyze and document issues raised by business users and coordinate resolution with IT teams. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying system enhancements and automation opportunities in BAU processes.<br>Education and Certification Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration. Certification in any of the SAP Modules is preferred<br>Necessary Knowledge and Experience:5 to 7 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments. Strong documentation skills, functional specifications, use cases. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools; strong understanding of SIT and UAT methodology.
