Job Description<br><br>A project-focused role responsible for leading and coordinating multi‑stakeholder teams to deliver repair and improvement works safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. The role covers end‑to‑end implementation—from defining scope, managing contractors, risks, costs, and schedules, to monitoring execution, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and reporting progress. Contract & Budget Management: Liaises with the Project Co finance team, manages costs, and oversee subcontractors / contractor performance, acts as the Project Co Representative. Quality Control. Ensuring deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Ability to document observations and consolidate findings for the expertise team. E.g. gather the operational leak history from the plant and report it in a structured way Translate complex operational problems into an understandable scope of work, which can be submitted to external suppliers and stakeholders.
