Project description Large bank in Saudi is looking for Murex production support consultant for environment end of day and market risk activities. It's a technical production support on risk and EOD.<br>Responsibilities<br>Troubleshoot and resolve daily production issues related to Market Risk calculations, Value at Risk (VaR), stress testing, and P&L attribution frameworks. Manage Market Risk related vendor deliveries, support and closure. Support Murex Risk Architecture (MRA) and Murex Risk Engine (MRE), ensuring accurate Value at Risk (VaR), stress testing, and sensitivities (Delta, Gamma, Vega) generation. Provide front-line support, triage production issues, perform root cause analysis, and remediate risk calculation or workflow failures Provide Level 2 Support for all EOD issues and making sure repeated issues are closed via problem management. Perform EOD, create job, test run and test flow of EOD, troubleshoot issues related to failures during EOD, any user/trader issues, system failures and infrastructure issues. Fix EOD issues, resolve issues like Data Mart feeder failures, market data failure, user session running slow or session crashes and accounting EOD failures etc and escalate to Infrastructure teams. Coordinate with vendor for reported bugs, track fixes, deploy re-test and ensure quality on the technical deployment. Liaise with to run diagnostics and troubleshooting for EOD issues. This is a long-term position based 100% on-site at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dharan Saudi Arabia. This role reports to the Quality Manager F-15SA Modifications. (The selected candidate will be onboarded in alignment with program start and execution timelines; flexibility in start date and working hours may be required to meet operational demands). The individual will work closely with the F-15SA Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services. Position Responsibilities: The successful candidate will perform the following duties: Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance. Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the F-15SA platform Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements Documents audit results in standard formats Safety and Quality Culture: Foster a culture of safety, compliance, first-time quality, technical excellence, and product integrity. Continuous Improvement: Support the implementation of standardization, LEAN and BPS principles. Communication: Maintain excellent communication and flow of relevant information throughout the team.
