• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas to luxury/five-star standards.

• Making beds and changing bed linen, towels, and other room supplies.

• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and sanitising rooms and surfaces.

• Replenishing toiletries, amenities, linen, and other supplies.

• Ensuring rooms are perfectly presented, organised, fresh, and ready for guests/residents.

• Handling laundry and linen appropriately when required.

• Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.

• Following hygiene, safety, and cleaning procedures at all times.

• Respecting guest/resident privacy and maintaining complete discretion.

• Providing courteous, professional service with excellent attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

Female housekeeping professionals with 2–5 years of experience in luxury / five-star hotels or premium hospitality environments. Experience as Housekeeping Attendant, Housekeeping Supervisor, or Assistant Housekeeping Manager preferred. Candidates should have strong grooming and presentation, good communication skills, a professional personality, and high standards of guest service and attention to detail. Experience with reputed luxury hospitality brands is highly preferred.
