<p >BSF is seeking a <strong >Relationship Manager Private Banking Western</strong> to join its team in the Makkah Region, covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is responsible for achieving revenue and asset growth targets by delivering appropriate banking solutions and value-added services to the existing client base. The Relationship Manager will also expand the portfolio through acquiring new high-value clients and fresh assets, building and managing strong relationships with Private Banking clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions across BSF’s product suite, including core banking products, Treasury, BSF Capital, JB, and Bancassurance offerings.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li >Drive portfolio growth by identifying opportunities within existing client relationships and promoting cross-selling of BSF products and services in collaboration with internal stakeholders.</li>
<li >Achieve assigned budget targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, while monitoring portfolio performance, revenue contribution, and spreads to ensure continued profitability.</li>
<li >Conduct client prospecting activities through personal networks, referrals, and business contacts to attract new Private Banking clients and expand the Bank’s client base.</li>
<li >Maintain strong engagement with existing clients by continuously assessing their financial needs and providing appropriate advisory support and banking solutions.</li>
<li >Monitor day-to-day operational activities of client accounts, including maturing deposits and facilities, expiring identification documents and cards, card deliveries, exceptional transactions, dormant accounts, and client consent requirements.</li>
<li >Maintain a sound understanding of credit operations and associated risks, collaborating closely with credit teams in preparing and processing credit applications.</li>
<li >Gather and analyze client financial information, including assets, liabilities, and revenue sources, to support client servicing and credit evaluation.</li>
<li >Prepare and review supporting documentation related to credit facilities and ensure timely follow-up on client credit requests while monitoring client credit exposures.</li>
<li >Maintain proper legal documentation and client records, ensuring all client communications are documented and required documentation is obtained in line with internal procedures.</li>
<li >Ensure full compliance with BSF policies and regulatory requirements, including SAMA and CMA regulations.</li>
<li >Support capability development within the team by guiding and assisting Relationship Officers on product knowledge, procedures, and client servicing practices.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Required Experience</h3>

<li >A minimum of <strong >5 to 10 years</strong> of experience in a relevant banking or financial services role, with a focus on private banking or wealth management.</li>

<li >Proven track record in client relationship management, prospecting, and portfolio expansion.</li>
