With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.</span></span></p><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li>Execute planned field visits to pharmacies, pharmacists, and designated healthcare professionals in line with territory coverage plans and segmentation targets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy chains, and key retail stakeholders to drive product recommendation, business growth, and customer loyalty.<br></li><li>Strengthen engagement and loyalty toward Galderma brands through consistent scientific promotion, professional customer service, and effective relationship management.<br></li><li>Ensure excellent visibility and positioning of Galderma products across assigned pharmacy accounts, maintaining the company image as a leader in dermatology and skincare.<br></li><li>Monitor product availability and stock levels across all target pharmacies and key accounts to ensure optimum inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or supply disruptions.<br></li><li>Implement company commercial and marketing plans, including in-store activations, promotional campaigns, merchandising activities, and pharmacy education initiatives.<br></li><li>Conduct product detailing, presentations, and educational sessions for pharmacists and pharmacy staff to effectively communicate product benefits, marketing messages, and campaign objectives.<br></li><li>Organize and support pharmacy-focused meetings, activation programs, and promotional events in alignment with business objectives.<br></li><li>Educate pharmacists on Galderma’s Integrated Dermatology Strategy (IDS) by promoting complete skincare and treatment solutions that improve consumer outcomes and maximize cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.<br></li><li>Optimize utilization of company resources, including time, samples, and promotional investments, in alignment with territory priorities and manager direction.<br></li><li>Monitor territory sales performance and market trends, while developing and implementing action plans to achieve assigned targets.<br></li><li>Prepare and submit accurate business reports, including daily activities, weekly plans, monthly updates, and territory performance analyses.<br></li><li>Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, new launches, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential business risks.<br></li><li>Handle pharmacy and customer complaints professionally by investigating issues, proposing solutions, and escalating where necessary.<br></li><li>Collect and report pharmacovigilance cases in full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.<br></li><li>Ensure full compliance with company legal, ethical, and compliance standards, as well as local laws and regulations, in all interactions and activities.<br></li><li>Maintain up-to-date product, market, and category knowledge to ensure high-quality customer engagement and effective communication of scientific and commercial messages.<br></li></ul><b>What We're Looking For</b><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree (science/ pharmacy) or equivalent experience/qualification</li><li>Licensed pharmacist- eligible to practice in KSA</li><li>Valid Healthcare License is Mandatory</li><li>At least 2 –3 years of working experience in the sales field in a multinational Dermatological industry is required for this position.<br></li><li>Solid sales experience with a track record of developing, engaging customers and delivering on company targets.<br></li><li>Must be achieving 100% or more target achievement in last 2-3 years.<br></li><li>Must be analytical, detailed, passionate, organized and systematic.<br></li><li>Experience in territory and distributor management is an added advantage<br></li></ul><b>Our people make a difference</b><br>At Galderma, you’ll work with people who are like you.
