From preliminary concepts to fielded weapon system support, MA&T delivers innovative structural and thermal engineering solutions utilizing methods ranging from classical fundamental & empirically based techniques to state-of-the-art finite element methods leveraging industry leading commercial tools; all complimented and validated by tests executed in a manner to ensure cost effective yet technically balanced solutions.</p><br><br><br><p><b>The Thermal Analyst II position is located in Huntsville, AL and the role is onsite.</b></p><br><br><br><p>As an early career <b>Thermal Analyst,</b> you will be responsible for detailed thermal analysis on products throughout their lifecycle from initial design trade studies and proposals through qualification testing to enduring production support. The analysis will cover a wide range of difficult problems, requiring solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives. The analysis tasks will span the spectrum from classical hand analyses to detailed analyses requiring the use of finite element analysis software. A Thermal Engineer of this salary grade is expected to have a level of technical competence with thermodynamic principles. The Thermal Engineer will be held accountable for completing his/her work within the agreed upon cost and schedule. Additionally, the selected candidate will be expected to present their work for peer reviews and to be a peer reviewer for other engineers’ work. This function combines deep industry understanding with strong expertise in IT Professional Services, Custom Software Engineering, and Digital Transformation, enabling Endava to support organisations undertaking large-scale technology and business change.<br><br>As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be accountable for new logo acquisition across KSA, while also supporting targeted business development initiatives in the UAE. Apply deep understanding of digital transformation, enterprise technology, and regional market dynamics to engage credibly with VP, C-level, and senior technology leaders. Represent Endava at KSA-focused and regional industry events, conferences, panels, and executive workshops. Actively contribute to strengthening Endava’s brand and presence across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>8–10+ years of proven new business development experience selling IT Professional Services, Custom Software Solutions, and/or Digital Transformation services. Demonstrable sales experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of Saudi client expectations, procurement models, and relationship-led selling. Experience selling into the UAE market is highly desirable. Strong background in Financial Services (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), with a clear understanding of industry-specific technology challenges and trends. An existing warm network of senior decision-makers in KSA, particularly within Financial Services. Strong hunter mentality with proven experience in:<br>Prospecting and cold calling Opportunity qualification and deal shaping Executive-level presentations Commercial negotiation and deal closure Consistent track record of delivering $5M+ annual quota within professional services or digital consulting environments.
