The Project Controls Manager is responsible for establishing, leading, and maintaining robust project controls (with a strong emphasis on schedule management) to support the FIDIC Engineer in delivering their full delegated duties under the Delivery Partner Agreement. The role covers roads, districts and logistics packages within the Master Development Unit Projects portfolio, ensuring that all works are planned, monitored and reported in full compliance with the Contracts technical, contractual, commercial and performance requirements. The Project Controls Manager will oversee planning and scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, risk and change management, reporting and governance across design and construction, working closely with Contracts Administration, Claims Management and Document Control functions. What You'll Be Doing; Lead the project controls function for assigned roads, districts and logistics projects under the FIDIC Engineer s remit within the MDU P portfolio. Develop and implement project controls strategies, procedures, tools and templates aligned with the Client s and Delivery Partner s requirements. Coordinate and integrate planning, cost, risk, change and reporting activities across multiple contracts and stakeholders. Develop, review and maintain integrated master schedules for all assigned projects, covering design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning and handover. Review and validate Contractors baseline and updated schedules (e.g. using Primavera P6), ensuring compliance with FIDIC requirements, Employer s requirements and contract provisions. Analyse logic, sequencing, interfaces, resource loading and productivity to ensure realistic, constructible and optimized schedules for roads, districts and logistics scopes. Monitor schedule performance, identify variances, assess critical and near critical paths and provide early warning of potential delays. Coordinate schedule interfaces between multiple work packages, districts and logistics corridors, ensuring alignment with overall program milestones and dependencies. Support the FIDIC Engineer in schedule related contractual matters (extensions of time, acceleration, mitigation, liquidated damages, etc.). Establish and maintain cost control structures in coordination with Commercial and Contracts Administration teams. Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and other performance measurement techniques to monitor time cost performance. Track progress against baseline, including physical progress, quantities and key performance indicators, and reconcile with financial/cost data. Support preparation of forecasts at completion for time and cost, and advise on potential overruns and mitigation strategies. Implement and manage project change control processes, ensuring all scope, time and cost changes are identified, assessed, logged and reported. Coordinate with the FIDIC Engineer, Contract Administration and Commercial teams in assessing schedule and cost impacts of variations and change orders. Maintain and update project risk registers, perform qualitative and quantitative schedule risk analysis where required and propose mitigation strategies. Provide schedule and project controls input into claims identification, analysis and defence/negotiation (e.g. delay analysis, disruption evaluation, concurrency assessments) in support of Claims Management. Prepare and consolidate periodic project controls reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc) for the FIDIC Engineer and Client, covering schedule, progress, cost, risk, change and key issues. Develop dashboards and management summaries showing current status, trends, forecasts and key decisions required. Participate in and/or lead progress meetings, coordination meetings and risk/change workshops, presenting project controls information clearly and concisely. Ensure alignment of project controls data and reporting with Document Control, so that all baseline and updated schedules, reports and supporting records are properly filed and traceable. Provide the FIDIC Engineer with robust, evidence based project controls data to support contract administration, payment certification, determination of extensions of time and assessment of contractors performance. Assist in verifying Contractors progress and entitlement for interim payment applications, claims and variations from a time and progress standpoint. Contribute to ensuring that works are delivered in full compliance with technical, contractual and performance requirements by providing timely controls insight and advice. Coordinate with design and construction supervision teams to ensure that program and controls requirements are understood, implemented and maintained. Manage and mentor a team of planners, project controls engineers and analysts supporting the FIDIC Engineer Services across roads, districts and logistics. Allocate resources effectively across projects based on workload, priorities and risk. Promote best practices in project controls, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team and wider project organization. What You'll Bring; Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline. 10+ years of progressive experience in project controls on large scale infrastructure projects, including major roads/highways and/or urban districts; Middle East experience preferred. Proven experience in a similar role supporting FIDIC based contracts (e.g. FIDIC Red/Yellow/Silver Book) as part of an Engineer, PMC, or major consultancy. HYCO DCS Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient and stable operation of the entire Hydrogen Manufacturing Unit from a centralized control room using DCS. This includes monitoring, controlling and optimizing to meet production targets, quality specifications and environmental regulations. This includes actively supporting plant performance, process optimization and production stability while maintaining strong focus on safety & compliance. The HYCO DCS Operator will execute daily tasks which include preparing and implementing safety work permits, LOTO, completing operations preventative maintenance activities, and assist the maintenance and engineering teams in preparing and executing corrective maintenance activities<br><br>Principal Accountabilities<br><br>Safety, Health & Environment<br><br>Maintain a safe & stable environment. Demonstrate leadership with all Company & Industry safe work processes to prevent all injuries. Ensure proper documentation is maintained for safety related activities. Enforce and adhere to all Safe Work Permits and Lock-out Tag-out and management of change procedures. Be the first line of response for process emergencies. Ensure the safety of all operations personnel by utilizing the BHIG Basic Safety Practice program<br><br>Technical & Operations<br><br>Operate the Steam Methane Reformer based hydrogen plant with CO2 Removal section & CO2 compression, PSA with Tail Gas compression, Membrane Unit and related utilities as prescribed by the Work Instruction Procedures Operate the pipeline network to supply Hydrogen, steam and CO2 to customers’ pipelines safely and efficiently. Report production progress and plant status to the Shift Supervisor and suggest solutions for any shortfalls. Manage plant production efficiently based on input provided by Plant Management to ensure safety and reliability targets are met to achieve maximum profitability. Ensure BHIG standards, and global best practices for EH&S, productivity, reliability, quality, and overall customer services are met. Meet the customer’s requirements regarding safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility regarding product supply. Maintain customer communications and relationships at the ‘board’ level, ensuring customer demand rates are satisfied while maximizing the efficiency and profitability of the facility. Follow the Site Work Instruction Manuals for production & supply of Product H2, CO2 & Steam along with other operating and maintenance procedures and checklists to meet the customer’s satisfaction with safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility of product supply while compliance with requirements. Maintain a relationship with the customer’s counterparts from other Refinery Units where from BHIG either receiving Feedstock, Utilities & Power or supplying Hydrogen and Steam to different Refinery Units on a regular basis through Refinery Shift Superintendent to ensure alignment of expectations for BHIG and the customers current and future product demand. Constantly monitor all process variables (flows, temperatures, pressures, levels, analytical values) via DCS to ensure they are within defined operating limits. Manipulate control loops, setpoints and cascades to maintain sable operations of all integrated units. Use historical data and trends to predict equipment performance degradation, identify inefficiencies and prevent potential trips and failures. Execute & supervise the detailed start up sequence for the entire plant or individual units/loops form a cold condition, warm condition or hot stand by condition, ensuring a smooth & safe transition to full load normal operations. Assist in the commissioning activities of the facility Maintain constant communication with field operators, providing instructions for equipment adjustments, isolations and rounds. Liaise with the maintenance team to co-ordinate equipment preparation for maintenance (isolation, purging & blinding) and safe taking equipment back in line. Conduct detailed and accurate shift handovers with incoming operators, highlighting any abnormalities, ongoing work and special instruction. Follow shift turnover protocols to ensure a safe and efficient handover to the following shift. Maintain accurate and timely logs of operating parameters, significant events and production data. Fully accountable to ensure his logs and that his operator’s logs are accurate and compliant with published matrix. Identify the root cause of process deviations and equipment malfunction. Work with engineers to implement long-term solutions. Suggest and participate in operational improvements and de-bottlenecking projects to enhance safety, reliability and profitability. Ensure compliance with all CM, PM tasks & Environmental Regulatory requirements. Support and prepare for Shutdown Planning and Turnaround Planning. Provide coaching and motivation with the field operations team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Establish & maintain close working relationships with engineering and maintenance personnel to continuously monitor & evaluate plant systems & equipment performance. Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR requirements. Provide operations support and participate in investigations and Root Cause Analysis to identify & implement sustainable corrective actions. Facilitate attainment of operational excellence and customer satisfaction via operations productivity, reliability, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Communication of plant activities with other shifts to maintain continuity between shifts for a safe and reliable operation. Execute other duties as assigned by reporting managers in a timely and efficient manner.<br><br>Minimum Requirements And Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Chemical Process Operations with 10 years’ experience preferred. An Associate Technical Degree (2-year certificate) will be considered based on years of experience and competence. Experience in DCS Operation & Field Operation, with minimum of 5 years’ Lead DCS Operations Experience in SMR based Hydrogen or Ammonia or Methanol or Syngas plant as DCS Operator. Proficiency with DCS platforms (e.g. Yokogawa Centum VP, Siemens PCS 7) Deep understanding of Chemical Engineering Principles, thermodynamics and process control. Wide technical knowledge in operations, engineering, and maintenance activities Ability to maintain high level of awareness and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong problem solving and diagnostic abilities. Clear, concise and effective verbal and written communication. Proficiency in English speaking and writing. Ability to communicate with the customer at the board level daily. Able to communicate between operations and maintenance teams. JOB PURPOSE:<br>The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing HR operations on the ground in KSA and serving as the primary point of contact between the KSA business and the Kuwait HR office. The role owns employee relations, daily HR operations, and employee complaint management independently, while providing coordination and execution support for Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development activities that are led and managed centrally by the Kuwait HR team. The HR Business Partner ensures the Kuwait HR office is kept fully informed of all people-related movements and updates across the KSA business, including separations, recruitments, offers issued, transfers, and structural changes, acting as the essential communication and operational bridge between both locations.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>KSA–Kuwait HR Office Liaison & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact between the KSA business and the Kuwait HR office on all HR-related matters. Proactively communicate all workforce updates to the Kuwait HR office in a timely and accurate manner, covering:Employee separations (resignations, terminations, and end of contracts). New recruitments and hires, including offer letters issued and joining dates. Internal transfers, role changes, and reporting line adjustments. Organizational structure changes and headcount movements. Any other people-related updates that require Kuwait HR awareness or approval. Ensure the Kuwait HR office has a consistently accurate and up-to-date picture of the KSA workforce at all times. Flag any KSA-specific regulatory, operational, or employee matters that require Kuwait HR guidance or decision. Act as the communication channel for Group HR policies, circulars, and initiatives flowing from Kuwait to the KSA business. Participate in scheduled HR alignment calls and meetings with the Kuwait HR team to maintain close coordination.<br>Employee Relations & Employee Complaints Own and manage all employee relations matters in KSA, serving as the first point of escalation for employee issues and complaints. Handle disciplinary processes, grievance investigations, and conflict resolution in line with KSA Labour Law and Group HR policy. Ensure all ER cases are documented, tracked, and resolved in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner. Advise line managers and the Country Manager on how to handle sensitive employee situations appropriately. Escalate complex, high-risk, or precedent-setting ER cases to the Kuwait HR office before action is taken. Maintain complete, confidential, and audit-ready documentation for all employee complaints and ER cases. Monitor the general employee relations climate in KSA and flag recurring issues or patterns to the Kuwait HR office.<br>HR Operations & Daily Requests Handle day-to-day HR operational requests from KSA employees and line managers in coordination with the existing KSA HR team. Process and manage leave requests, ensuring alignment with entitlements, KSA Labour Law, and company policy. Coordinate business trip requests, travel authorizations, and related HR documentation for KSA employees. Support the processing of employee lifecycle transactions including contract renewals, probation confirmations, and employment letters. Liaise with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs for the KSA entity, including deductions, allowances, and changes. Coordinate offboarding processes for separating employees, including clearance, final settlements, and exit documentation in line with KSA regulations. Ensure all HRIS records and personnel files for KSA employees are maintained accurately and kept up to date. Support the PRO and Government Relations team on work permit renewals, Iqama updates, and Nitaqat compliance documentation.<br>Talent Acquisition Support Support the Kuwait HR Talent Acquisition team in fulfilling open roles across KSA, acting as the local execution arm of the recruitment process. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for KSA vacancies through job boards, networking, and recruitment agencies, and share shortlists with the Kuwait TA team. Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication for KSA-based roles. Issue offer letters to selected candidates once hiring decisions are confirmed and approved by the Kuwait HR office. Support new joiner onboarding coordination in KSA, ensuring a smooth arrival and orientation experience. Track the status of all open KSA positions and provide the Kuwait HR team with regular recruitment progress updates. Support Nitaqat compliance by flagging headcount ratios and ensuring recruitment activity is aligned with Saudization targets.<br>OD & Performance Coordination (Kuwait-Led) Act as the local coordinator and communication channel for Organizational Development and performance management initiatives led and managed centrally by the Kuwait HR office. BHIG focuses on supporting clean energy goals through low-carbon hydrogen production.<br><br>Reimagine What’s Possible<br><br>The HYCO Lead Operator, reporting to the HYCO Shift Supervisor, is accountable for the day-to-day DCS & Field Operation of HYCO facility, ensuring the production requirements set by the customer are achieved. HYCO Lead Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient and stable operation of the entire Hydrogen Manufacturing Unit from a centralized control room using DCS. This includes monitoring, controlling and optimizing to meet production targets, quality specifications and environmental regulations. This includes actively supporting plant performance, process optimization and production stability while maintaining strong focus on safety & compliance. The HYCO Lead Operator will execute daily tasks which include preparing and implementing safety work permits, LOTO, completing operations preventative maintenance activities, and assist the maintenance and engineering teams in preparing and executing corrective maintenance activities. Lead operator will handle the Shift lead responsibility in absence of Shift supervisor ensuring the business continuity.<br><br>Principal Accountabilities<br><br>Safety, Health & Environment<br><br>Maintain a safe & stable environment. Demonstrate leadership with all Company & Industry safe work processes to prevent all injuries. Ensure proper documentation is maintained for safety related activities. Enforce and adhere to all Safe Work Permits and Lock-out Tag-out and management of change procedures. Be the first line of response for process emergencies. Execute emergency operating procedures, initiate plant trips if necessary and direct field operators. Monitor status of Safety Instrumented System (SIS) and Fire & Gas Systems. Understand the cause & effect chart for all safety interlocks. Ensure all plant emissions (from reformer stack, vent streams) comply with environmental permits. Properly manage waste streams. Ensure the safety of all operations personnel by utilizing the BHIG Basic Safety Practice program <br><br>Technical & Operations<br><br>Operate the Steam Methane Reformer based hydrogen plant with CO2 Removal section & CO2 compression, PSA with Tail Gas compression, Membrane Unit and related utilities as prescribed by the Work Instruction Procedures Operate the pipeline network to supply Hydrogen, steam and CO2 to customers’ pipelines safely and efficiently. Report production progress and plant status to the Shift Supervisor and suggest solutions for any shortfalls. Manage plant production efficiently based on input provided by Plant Management to ensure safety and reliability targets are met to achieve maximum profitability. Ensure BHIG standards, and global best practices for EH&S, productivity, reliability, quality, and overall customer services are met. Meet the customer’s requirements regarding safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility regarding product supply. Maintain customer communications and relationships at the ‘board’ level, ensuring customer demand rates are satisfied while maximizing the efficiency and profitability of the facility. Follow the Site Work Instruction Manuals for production & supply of Product H2, CO2 & Steam along with other operating and maintenance procedures and checklists to meet the customer’s satisfaction with safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility of product supply while compliance with requirements. Maintain a relationship with the customer’s counterparts from other Refinery Units where from BHIG either receiving Feedstock, Utilities & Power or supplying Hydrogen and Steam to different Refinery Units on a regular basis through Refinery Shift Superintendent to ensure alignment of expectations for BHIG and the customers current and future product demand. Constantly monitor all process variables (flows, temperatures, pressures, levels, analytical values) via DCS to ensure they are within defined operating limits. Manipulate control loops, setpoints and cascades to maintain sable operations of all integrated units. Use historical data and trends to predict equipment performance degradation, identify inefficiencies and prevent potential trips and failures. Execute & supervise the detailed start up sequence for the entire plant or individual units/loops form a cold condition, warm condition or hot stand by condition, ensuring a smooth & safe transition to full load normal operations. Assist in the commissioning activities of the facility Maintain constant communication with field operators, providing instructions for equipment adjustments, isolations and rounds. Liaise with the maintenance team to co-ordinate equipment preparation for maintenance (isolation, purging & blinding) and safe taking equipment back in line. Conduct detailed and accurate shift handovers with incoming operators, highlighting any abnormalities, ongoing work and special instruction. Follow shift turnover protocols to ensure a safe and efficient handover to the following shift. Maintain accurate and timely logs of operating parameters, significant events and production data. Fully accountable to ensure his logs and that his operator’s logs are accurate and compliant with published matrix. Identify the root cause of process deviations and equipment malfunction. Work with engineers to implement long-term solutions. Suggest and participate in operational improvements and de-bottlenecking projects to enhance safety, reliability and profitability. Ensure compliance with all CM, PM tasks & Environmental Regulatory requirements. Support and prepare for Shutdown Planning and Turnaround Planning. Provide coaching and motivation with the field operations team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Establish & maintain close working relationships with engineering and maintenance personnel to continuously monitor & evaluate plant systems & equipment performance. Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR requirements. Provide operations support and participate in investigations and Root Cause Analysis to identify & implement sustainable corrective actions. Facilitate attainment of operational excellence and customer satisfaction via operations productivity, reliability, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Communication of plant activities with other shifts to maintain continuity between shifts for a safe and reliable operation. Execute other duties as assigned by reporting managers in a timely and efficient manner. <br><br>Minimum Requirements And Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Chemical Process Operations with 10 years’ experience preferred. An Associate Technical Degree (2-year certificate) will be considered based on years of experience and competence. Experience in DCS Operation & Field Operation, with minimum of 5 years’ Lead DCS Operations Experience in SMR based Hydrogen or Ammonia or Methanol or Syngas plant as DCS Operator. Proficiency with DCS platforms (e.g. Yokogawa Centum VP, Siemens PCS 7) Deep understanding of Chemical Engineering Principles, thermodynamics and process control. Wide technical knowledge in operations, engineering, and maintenance activities Ability to maintain high level of awareness and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong problem solving and diagnostic abilities. Clear, concise and effective verbal and written communication. Proficiency in English speaking and writing. Ability to communicate with the customer at the board level daily. Able to communicate between operations and maintenance teams. Job Scope:The Country Hotel Manager serves as the strategic business leader for a portfolio of hotels and hospitality properties within the assigned country, working closely with the VP, Regional General Manager (RGM), and other senior leaders. The role is responsible for the overall operational, financial, guest experience, compliance, and people performance of a cluster of hotels, ensuring alignment with company objectives, brand standards, and profitability targets. Job Responsibilities:Pre-Opening Supports pre-opening, refurbishment, conversion, and delisting activities in collaboration with Country Leadership, Regional Leadership, and HQ Operations teams. Key Responsibilities Support collaboration across all departments and stakeholders to ensure pre-opening, refurbishment, or delisting projects are completed within approved timelines. Support Commercial, E-Commerce, and Revenue Management teams in developing business readiness plans for new hotel openings. Review and manage Pre-Opening Critical Paths, ensuring operational milestones are achieved. Coordinate operational readiness activities including recruitment, training, licensing, procurement, systems implementation, and hotel handover processes. Communicate project priorities, risks, opportunities, and implementation challenges to leadership teams. Participate in site inspections, operational reviews, and readiness assessments prior to hotel openings or relaunches. Support development and implementation of opening budgets, staffing plans, and operational frameworks. Project Management & Strategic Initiatives Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of strategic projects. Key Responsibilities Work with Project Teams and Project Managers to track project progress and timelines. Execute approved project plans relating to operational, commercial, financial, and guest experience enhancements. Monitor hotel profitability, revenue performance, and operational costs to ensure business objectives are achieved. Oversee operational budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Conduct monthly forecasting exercises covering revenue, expenses, labor costs, and productivity. Conduct monthly P&L review meetings and implement corrective action plans as required. Review financial performance, identify variances, and execute plans to improve results. Support capital expenditure planning, refurbishment initiatives, and asset enhancement projects. Ensure financial controls and company policies are consistently followed across all properties. Provide timely financial forecasts, operational updates, and performance analysis to Regional Leadership. Revenue Management Support Supports Commercial, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Revenue Management teams in achieving revenue and profitability objectives. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Revenue Management teams to support overall revenue objectives for the hotels. Provide operational insights, market intelligence, and local business trends to support revenue strategy development. Participate in revenue review meetings and contribute inputs on demand drivers, business mix, and operational opportunities. Support annual budget preparation and forecasting processes by providing operational assumptions and market intelligence. Monitor hotel occupancy, ADR, Rev PAR, and overall hotel performance against established targets. Support implementation of promotional campaigns, pricing initiatives, and commercial programs developed by Revenue Management and Commercial teams. Ensure operational teams are aligned with demand forecasts, occupancy levels, and business expectations. Support optimization of ancillary revenues including F&B outlets, meeting spaces, airport services, and other guest services. Work collaboratively with Revenue Management teams during pre-opening periods to ensure systems, inventory, and operational readiness requirements are fulfilled. Provide operational feedback on guest demand patterns, competitor activities, and market developments affecting hotel performance. Promote commercial awareness and revenue accountability across operational departments. Operations Champions operational excellence across all hotels within the country. Key Responsibilities Plan, direct, and coordinate the service delivery of all hotel departments to meet and exceed guest expectations. Drive initiatives that improve service delivery, efficiency, and operational consistency. Set and monitor KPIs for all hotel departments. Respond to internal audits and implement corrective actions to ensure continual improvement. Manage and develop Heads of Departments and supervisory teams to support performance and succession planning. Monitor and control departmental costs and productivity levels. Provide effective leadership to ensure hotel targets are achieved or exceeded. Oversee F&B outlets and ensure food and beverage quality standards are maintained. Conduct regular operational reviews, briefings, and management meetings. Foster a performance-driven culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead recruitment, talent development, mentoring, and succession planning initiatives. Participate in corporate and regional best practice sharing initiatives. Manage performance reviews for departmental leaders. Ensure compliance with all PPG and Aerotel brand standards and operating procedures. Promote sustainability, corporate responsibility, and environmental initiatives across the hotels. Guest Experience Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence across all hotels. Seek, review, and respond to guest feedback to improve service performance. Monitor online reputation scores, guest review platforms, and social media feedback. Ensure guest complaints and service recovery cases are effectively managed and resolved. Implement initiatives that enhance the overall guest journey and guest loyalty. Ensure consistent execution of brand service standards throughout all hotels. Compliance, Safety & Risk Management Ensure compliance with all company policies, brand standards, and local regulatory requirements. Ensure all hotel licenses, permits, certifications, and statutory requirements remain valid and compliant. Maintain ownership of hotel operational manuals, SOPs, compliance programs, and training requirements. Ensure health, safety, security, food safety, and risk management standards are maintained. Conduct regular reviews of operational compliance and implement corrective actions where necessary. Ensure emergency preparedness, crisis management, and business continuity plans are maintained and tested. Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and operational discipline across all properties. Leadership & Talent Development Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to hotel management teams. Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning programs. Promote collaboration and teamwork across all departments and hotels. Lead communication meetings and ensure company objectives are effectively cascaded to all levels. Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging hospitality innovations. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a four- or five-star hotel, including experience in area/cluster or regional management. Strong background in Rooms Division; experience in Hotel Sales or Revenue Management is a plus. Prior experience with an international hotel chain or hospitality group is advantageous. Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting market conditions. Strong analytical and numerical skills effectively. Excellent stakeholder-management skills. Good knowledge of Saudi Arabian hospitality regulations, labour requirements and local market conditions. Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in local languages is an asset. Excellent leadership, planning, organizational, and time management skills. Demonstrated experience managing multi-property operations. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, cost control, productivity management, and profitability improvement. Experience leading pre-opening, refurbishment, renovation, conversion, or hotel transition projects. Good understanding of revenue drivers including occupancy, ADR, Rev PAR, forecasting, distribution channels, and commercial performance metrics. Experience managing compliance, licensing, health & safety, security, risk management, and audit requirements within hotel operations. Proficient in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to travel regularly within the country to support hotel operations, projects, audits, and leadership engagement activities.
