<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>we are seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in CCTV systems, access control and time attendance systems, structured cabling, network cabinets, and system testing and commissioning.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Install, terminate, test, configure, and troubleshoot IP CCTV systems, including cameras, NVRs, switches, and related equipment.</li><li>Install and program access control and time attendance systems, including controllers, card readers, biometric devices, door locks, exit buttons, and associated cabling.</li><li>Perform structured cabling works, including pulling, dressing, labeling, terminating, and testing Cat6/Cat6A cables.</li><li>Install and organize network cabinets, racks, patch panels, switches, PDUs, and related accessories.</li><li>Perform cable testing, cabinet inspection, fault diagnosis, and corrective works.</li><li>Configure basic network settings for CCTV, access control, and other ELV devices.</li><li>Carry out system testing, commissioning, and final handover to the client.</li><li>Prepare test results, labeling records, and basic handover documentation.</li><li>Follow approved drawings, technical specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards.</li><li>Support the installation and troubleshooting of other low-current systems when required.</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p><br></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum <b>[3] years of practical experience</b> in low-current systems.</li><li>Proven hands-on experience in CCTV, access control, time attendance, and structured cabling systems.</li><li>Good knowledge of IP addressing, network switches, NVR configuration, and basic network troubleshooting.</li><li>Ability to terminate and test network cables using professional testing tools.</li><li>Experience in rack installation, patch panels, cable management, and cabinet organization.</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and follow project requirements.</li><li>Valid driving licence is mandatory.</li><li>Must be able to work independently and at different project sites.</li><li>Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Transferable Iqama and immediate availability are preferred</li><li>Preference will be given to candidates who hold relevant technical training certificates issued by the original equipment manufacturers&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
