نبذة عن الدور<br>تبحث كايزن للاستشارات عن أخصائي استدامة للانضمام إلى فريقها والمساهمة في تنفيذ مشاريع استشارية في مجالات الاستدامة، والحوكمة البيئية والاجتماعية والمؤسسية (ESG)، والامتثال، وتطوير الأداء المستدام.<br>سيعمل الأخصائي ضمن فرق المشاريع لدعم أعمال البحث والتحليل والتقييم وإعداد المخرجات الاستشارية، والمساهمة في تطوير الحلول وخطط التحسين التي تساعد العملاء على رفع مستوى أدائهم في مجال الاستدامة.<br>المسؤوليات الرئيسية<br>* المشاركة في تنفيذ مشاريع ومبادرات الاستدامة وESG.* جمع وتحليل البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالأداء البيئي والاجتماعي والحوكمة.* دعم تقييم الوضع الراهن ومستوى النضج وتحليل الفجوات.* المساهمة في إعداد استراتيجيات الاستدامة وخطط التطوير وخرائط الطريق.* إعداد التقارير الفنية والعروض التقديمية ووثائق ومخرجات المشاريع.* إجراء البحوث والدراسات والمقارنات المرجعية وتحليل أفضل الممارسات.* متابعة الأنظمة والتشريعات والمعايير والمتطلبات التنظيمية ذات العلاقة.* المساهمة في تطوير مؤشرات الأداء وأدوات المتابعة والقياس.* دعم فرق المشروع في إعداد التوصيات والحلول الاستشارية.* المشاركة في الاجتماعات وورش العمل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.* توثيق نتائج الاجتماعات وورش العمل ومتابعة متطلبات المشروع.* المساهمة في أنشطة نقل المعرفة وبناء القدرات.<br>المؤهلات والخبرات<br>* درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الاستدامة، أو العلوم البيئية، أو الهندسة، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو تخصص ذي صلة.* خبرة مهنية من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال الاستدامة، أو ESG، أو المجالات ذات العلاقة.* معرفة جيدة بممارسات ESG وEHS والامتثال ومتطلبات الاستدامة.* خبرة أو معرفة عملية في تقييم النضج، وتحليل الفجوات، وخطط التطوير، وخرائط الطريق.* معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة والتشريعات السعودية ذات العلاقة، وتوجهات رؤية السعودية 2030.* القدرة على إعداد تقارير ووثائق فنية وعروض تقديمية عالية الجودة.* مهارات جيدة في البحث والتحليل واستخلاص النتائج.* مهارات جيدة في التواصل، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة، والعمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.* الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على تنظيم الأولويات والالتزام بالمواعيد.* القدرة على العمل ضمن بيئة مشاريع استشارية.* إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.<br>يفضل بشكل خاص من لديه خبرة في<br>ESG | Sustainability Strategy | EHS | Performance Management | Sustainability Reporting | Regulatory Compliance<br>كما تعد الخبرة السابقة في قطاع الطاقة ميزة إضافية ومفضلة.<br>عن كايزن<br>كايزن للاستشارات بيت خبرة سعودي يقدم خدمات استشارية متخصصة للجهات الحكومية والخاصة وغير الربحية، ويركز على تطوير الأداء، وبناء القدرات، ونقل المعرفة، وتحويل الاستراتيجيات إلى نتائج وأثر قابل للقياس.<br>نبحث عن أشخاص يمتلكون الدقة في التنفيذ، والقدرة على التحليل والتعلم، والعمل بفاعلية ضمن بيئة استشارية ديناميكية.

Job Description<br>Job Summary Senior Registrar is responsible for providing the care of his/her patients (outpatient &inpatient) maintaining a high-level of professional performance in accordance with:· Professional medical ethics and JCIA standards.· Hospital medical by-laws.· Laws of Ministry of Health in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any other applicable regulations according to the departmental quality plan. Major Duties and Responsibilities· Ensures through his actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the NMC Hospitals and Clinics.· Manage minor Gynecological cases and the major Gynecological cases under supervision of the consultant.· Perform minor procedure like Cryosurgery, insertion of IUD.· Investigate & manage infertility cases with ovulation induction.· Performing major operation under supervision of consultant.· Perform minor operation like D&C, suction curettage.· Conduct daily ward rounds to all in patients in the department. Liaises with the consultant with regards to care of his in-patients.· Manage all low risk obstetric cases.· Induction of labor.· Perform instrumental delivery like ventouse & forcep delivery.· Perform LSCS with consultant available on sight.· Manage all high risk antenatal cases with PET, APH, postnatal cases, post operative cases in conjunction with consultant.· Ensures through his/her actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the Riyadh Care Hospital.·History taking, physical examinations, interpretation of common diagnostic tests and document patient condition on admission in the specified admissions sheet.· Should seek the advised of or help of the consultant whenever the condition of a patient merits further expertise.· Is a member of the “Code Blue” team, as directed.· Participates actively in the on-call rota of the department for patient care and admissions. Responds to emergencies to offer medical care and advice on problems related to his/her specialty.· Perform diagnostic or therapeutic procedures to patients in his field of specialty.·Supervise the Junior Staff in conducting their duties and responsibilities as designated by the department.· Actively participates in department’s educational and training activities.· Abides by department Policies and Procedures as well as hospital by-laws, Rules and Regulations.· Responsible to educate patients /families as per their needs and to implement their whole role regarding patient / family education process as mention in patient & family education policy and procedure including documentation in patient medical record.· They are knowledgeable about their essential role in patient and family education.· Involves the patient/families in plan of care and respects patients/families regarding their goals and choices of patient care.· Provides health promotion and health teaching thru methods appropriate to a patients’ developmental level, learning needs, readiness and ability to learn, language preference, culture and situations.· Allots time necessary to assess, plan implement and evaluate patient education provided to patients/families with appropriate documentation.· To be involved in teaching activities for junior staff, interns & medical students.· To carry out any other assignments as directed by the Head of Department and within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities. Desirable: · Additional experience in a sub-specialty · Academic affiliation.
