<b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>The Senior Structural Design Manager will lead the structural design development and delivery of large-scale hospitality and mixed-use developments across KSA. This role is responsible for managing all structural engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence, design efficiency, constructability, compliance with local and international standards, and seamless integration with architectural, MEP, and other project disciplines.</p><br><p>The successful candidate will oversee structural consultants, coordinate with destination development projects.</p><br></li><li><p>Extensive experience managing structural design consultants and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.</p><br></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structures, long-span systems, high-rise structures, and complex hospitality developments.</p><br></li><li><p>Experience overseeing all design stages from concept, FEED, and The role will focus on VM provisioning, resource allocation, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support across VMware infrastructure.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Perform day-to-day administration of VMware ESXi, vCenter, clusters, and virtual machines.</li><li>Provision, configure, modify, migrate, and decommission virtual machines.</li><li>Manage CPU, memory, storage, and network resource allocation.</li><li>Monitor virtualization infrastructure performance, capacity, and system health.</li><li>Provide L2 support for virtualization-related incidents and service requests.</li><li>Troubleshoot VM performance, connectivity, configuration, and resource issues.</li><li>Investigate alerts and system events and take appropriate corrective actions.</li><li>Escalate complex technical issues to Senior Virtualisation Engineers or L3 teams.</li><li>Support VMware patching, upgrades, maintenance, and migration activities.</li><li>Execute approved changes in accordance with ITSM and change management procedures.</li><li>Perform routine health checks and operational maintenance.</li><li>Maintain accurate VM inventory, configuration records, and technical documentation.</li><li>Work closely with infrastructure, storage, backup, and network teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in virtualization, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.</li><li>Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter.</li><li>Experience with VM provisioning, resource allocation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Basic understanding of server, storage, networking, and backup technologies.</li><li>Experience working within ITSM/ITIL environments.</li><li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>VMware VCP-DCV certification.</li><li>VMware Associate or Professional certification.</li><li>Experience with Veeam or other enterprise backup solutions.</li><li>Experience supporting enterprise virtualization environments.</li><li>ITIL Foundation certification.</li></ul><p><br></p>

Verify that engineering designs align with constructability, commissioning, and operation requirements. Participate in design and progress meetings, track action items, and ensure closure. Monitor material submittals, vendor documents, and construction readiness of critical systems.
