This role is integral to leading and overseeing the procurement and commercial management of approximately SAR 3 billion of Provisional Sum works packages, delivered through a Management Contractor under a FIDIC-based contract, within one of our most landmark developments — a world-class horseracing destination being built as part of the Qiddiya giga-project.<br><br>The successful candidate will lead a team of Commercial Leads embedded across five delivery streams, overseeing 20-30 packages each, and managing a total scope of up to 75 procurement packages. Work Order & PPM Management • Receive and execute reactive maintenance work orders within the assigned response time — confirm completion with the requester and close out the work order accurately. • Follow the planned PPM schedule for assigned equipment and areas without missing scheduled visits. • Complete all maintenance logs, checklists, and work order close-out forms clearly and on time. • Report parts or material requirements to the Supervisor in advance to avoid delays in completing scheduled work. 6.
