Ensure that no order remains in any operational status beyond the approved processing time. Review and process incoming orders and confirm that they are ready for fulfillment. Coordinate picking, packing, and order fulfillment with warehouse and fulfillment teams. Monitor pending, delayed, cancelled, and exception orders and take immediate corrective action. Resolve operational issues involving missing products, incorrect quantities, duplicate orders, cancellations, exchanges, and returns. Ensure all order statuses are accurate and updated across Zid, the WMS, fulfillment systems, and courier systems. Investigate recurring order issues, identify their root causes, and implement preventive actions. <br><br>Marketplace Operations<br><br> Manage daily operations across Amazon, Trendyol, and other marketplaces. Process and monitor marketplace orders according to each platform's operational requirements and service level agreements. Monitor cancellations, returns, delayed orders, failed fulfillment, and marketplace penalties. Ensure order and shipment statuses are updated accurately across all platforms. Coordinate product availability and inventory synchronization between the e-commerce store and marketplaces. Resolve issues related to stock keeping units, barcodes, product mapping, bundles, and inventory synchronization. Ensure marketplace orders are deducted from the correct inventory location. Coordinate with the technical team to maintain and improve marketplace integrations and automation. Identify operational issues that may negatively affect marketplace ratings, account health, or customer experience. <br><br>Warehouse and Inventory Management<br><br> Manage inventory movements and warehouse transactions through the WMS. Ensure that all receipts, issues, returns, transfers, damaged items, and stock adjustments are supported by approved documents. Monitor stock accuracy and reconcile physical inventory with system inventory. Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve them before they become financial losses. Ensure accurate stock keeping unit and barcode mapping across all sales channels. Monitor low-stock and out-of-stock products and initiate replenishment when required. Supervise bundle assembly and disassembly and ensure all related movements are documented correctly. Control internal stock transfers and ensure the receiving and issuing locations record each movement accurately. <p>We are looking for an IT Capacity Manager to establish and maintain an integrated view of IT capacity across workforce, infrastructure, software licenses, cloud services, and Managed Services. </p><br><p>You will ensure that current and future capacity requirements are understood before new technology commitments are made. The role combines capacity baselining, forecasting, demand validation, and optimization to identify constraints early and enable informed prioritization, sourcing, and investment decisions. </p><br><p>Working closely with the Business and Internal IT Demand Managers, Service Leads, Infrastructure and Application teams, IT Finance, Procurement, HR, and external service providers, you will coordinate capacity information across the IT organization and translate it into clear management recommendations. </p><br><p>Key Responsibilities: </p><br><ul><li>Capacity Baseline </li></ul><ul><li>Establish and maintain a consolidated view of total, allocated, committed, and available capacity across workforce, infrastructure, software licenses, cloud services, and Managed Services </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain visibility of available IT workforce capacity and critical skills required for capacity planning </li></ul><ul><li>Define consistent capacity units, data standards, ownership, and update cycles </li></ul><ul><li>Consolidate and validate capacity information from relevant teams, systems of record, the Configuration Management Database, and external service providers </li></ul><p>Capacity Forecasting: </p><br><ul><li>Translate the business and IT demand pipeline into short-, medium-, and long-term capacity requirements </li></ul><ul><li>Develop capacity forecasts and scenarios for projects, transformation programs, technology roadmaps, and ongoing operations </li></ul><ul><li>Incorporate utilization trends, infrastructure thresholds, lead times, lifecycle events, contractual commitments, and critical skill requirements </li></ul><ul><li>Provide capacity insights as input to budgeting, sourcing, quarterly re-planning, and the annual operating plan </li></ul><p>Demand Capacity Validation: </p><br><ul><li>Perform and document capacity pre-checks for business and internal IT demand ahead of each prioritization cycle </li></ul><ul><li>Compare capacity requirements against current availability and forecast commitments </li></ul><ul><li>Identify capacity shortfalls, dependencies, sourcing requirements, and lead-time implications </li></ul><ul><li>Provide options to support prioritization and escalate unresolved capacity conflicts to the relevant decision-making forums </li></ul><p>Capacity Optimization & Performance: </p><br><ul><li>Monitor capacity utilization, forecast accuracy, data quality, and capacity constraints </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate regular capacity reviews with Service Leads, capacity owners, and Managed Service Providers </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with IT Asset Management to incorporate software license entitlements, consumption, and compliance risks into capacity planning. </li></ul><ul><li>Recommend and coordinate the reallocation, scaling, sourcing, consolidation, or decommissioning of capacity </li></ul><ul><li>Produce capacity dashboards and decision-oriented management recommendations </li></ul><ul><li>Lead quarterly capacity re-planning, including backlog review and adjustment of capacity allocations </li></ul> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
