<p><strong>Areas of Responsibility (AOR)</strong></p><br><br>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain the quality standards on site to ensure employee awareness and their contribution to achieving Quality objectives.</li>
<li>Develop a health and safety culture within the Quality department to increase awareness and minimize accidents.</li>
<li>Manage quality investigation systems to identify root cause(s) & implement effective corrective action to reduce NCN’s<br>Customer/consumer complaints, wastage and final product dumps.</li>
<li>Manage all Laboratory functions to ensure reliable results to ensure product integrity and legislative compliances of Poultry product within<br>staff and budgetary limits.</li>
<li>Develop and train staff to optimize departmental performance and flexibility.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><br><br>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in food science or equivalent.</li>
<li>5-10 years of experience in Chilled Food Industry.</li>
<li>HACCP Certified.</li>
<li>ISO 9001/22000/14001/AIBI/FSSC 22000 <br></li>
