Job Summary<br>The Customer Service Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, requests, and complaints across all official communication channels — phone calls, email, the company Whats App, social media channels, and the customer service platform. Monitor the company's social media channels and respond to public comments and direct messages professionally and in line with the brand voice. Follow up on after-sales requests and ensure customer satisfaction with the provided resolution. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to support continuous service improvement. Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with the company's data protection policies. Submit periodic reports on tickets, complaints, and channel performance to the direct manager. Contribute to building and updating the FAQs library and customer service knowledge base. Stay updated on the company's projects, offers, and policies to ensure accuracy of the information provided.<br>QUALIFICATIONS<br>Minimum Education Required Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent. Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provision and configure OCI resources (Compute, Block/Object/FSS Storage, VCN, Load Balancer, DBCS, ADB) following approved designs and landing-zone patterns.</li><li>Configure networking (VCN, subnets, route tables, security lists/NSGs, gateways, FastConnect/IPSec VPN, DNS) and apply standard tagging, naming and cost-allocation conventions.</li><li>Support deployments and releases across environments using CI/CD pipelines (OCI DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).</li><li>Author and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code modules (Terraform / OCI Resource Manager) and automation scripts (Ansible, Bash, Python) for recurring tasks patching, certificate rotation, snapshots, environment refresh.</li><li>Monitor platform health and respond to alerts and incidents within SLAs using OCI Monitoring, OCI Logging, APM and enterprise tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Dynatrace).</li><li>Execute routine operations patching, backups, capacity checks, certificate renewals and drift remediation; participate in on-call and change windows.</li><li>Apply security controls (IAM policies, MFA, OCI Vault/KMS, encryption, segmentation, Bastion) and validate guardrails using Cloud Guard, Security Zones, Vulnerability Scanning and Data Safe.</li><li>Execute access management (user lifecycle, role assignment, service accounts, periodic reviews) and support audit / compliance evidence gathering.</li><li>Assist with workload migration (lift-and-shift, re-platform) to OCI, environment setup and hypercare; support application teams deploying onto OCI (Oracle DB, WebLogic, OKE, Functions, API Gateway).</li><li>Contribute to cost optimization (right-sizing, scheduling, unused-resource cleanup) and maintain runbooks, configuration records and operational documentation.</li></ul><p>3. Inspecting guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained. Assigning daily duties and monitoring team performance and productivity. Training, coaching, and motivating housekeeping colleagues to achieve departmental goals. Ensuring guest requests and concerns are handled promptly and professionally. Coordinating with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Monitoring housekeeping supplies and reporting any shortages or operational requirements. Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Assisting with inventory control, lost and found procedures, and departmental administration. Supporting the Housekeeping Manager in achieving operational and guest satisfaction objectives.<br>Qualifications:<br>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
