Joining a small team making a big impact, the position directly reports to Airbus’ North American Head of E&C based in Metro-DC. The candidate will be challenged from Day 1 to demonstrate leadership, build positive relationships and contribute to achieving program goals by learning, adapting and driving Airbus’ Culture of Compliance through processes, tools and training at the site and across North America.</p><br><br><br><p>The E&C Director will join peers as part of the MMS Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing counsel and assistance to the Head of Site, as well as leaders from Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, IM and Security - all with a goal of mitigating risk, ensuring effective controls, and helping the team grow and prosper.</p><br><br><br><p>Finally, success in the position requires building trustful relationships with E&C colleagues in Europe and across the globe. Overview A communications & project management executive is a junior project manager responsible for handling a company's ongoing projects. They report to the communications and Project manager and director and work closely with the communication consultants and the creative services manager. They're the core team for all 4 pillars (strategy, creative, content hub, production...) . They work for the PMs to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track in addition to playing the lead role in planning the campaigns, resources , monitoring, and quality control until a project is closed. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution until the end product.
