<p><br></p><p><b>How the role splits</b></p><ul><li>Area: Curriculum & term planning (50%) - What it means day to day: Working with the design team to decide the curriculum itself which topics to cover, what needs more weight and what needs less, and how the term and year plan fits together. You review the final lesson once it's built in the system. You don't build it yourself; that's the Design Lead's job.</li><li>Area: Coaching delivery teachers (30%) - What it means day to day: Coaching the teachers who actually present sessions to students how to deliver the content, hold a hybrid room, and keep students engaged through a screen. Observation, feedback, and follow-up that changes practice.</li><li>Area: Delivering lessons (20%) - What it means day to day: Teaching sessions yourself. Not as a regular teacher on the roster it's to stay close to the content, see how it lands in practice, and hear directly from students.</li></ul><p>What you'll own</p><ul><li>The academic quality of science curriculum across Middle School and High School on the National track topic sequencing, weighting, depth, and alignment to what students are actually assessed on.</li><li>Term and year plans, built with the Design Leads and signed off by you before they go into production.</li><li>Final review of built lessons before they reach students you're the last academic gate.</li><li>Coaching and development of the delivery teaching bench for your subjects, in partnership with Learning Excellence's observation and evaluation cycle.</li><li>Reading the assessment signal Diagnostics, Exit Tickets, End-of-Chapter results, and Learning Gain and translating it into what changes next term.</li><li>Being the academic voice in cross-functional conversations with Design, Learning Excellence, Product and Data.</li></ul><p>What we're looking for</p><p>Must have</p><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of actual classroom teaching experience, with genuine depth across both middle school and high school.</li><li>3-5 years managing or coaching other teachers as a head of department, subject lead, mentor, or in a formal coaching role.</li><li>Familiarity with Saudi national assessments Qudurat, Tahsili, and Nafes.</li><li>Strong digital capability and real comfort teaching in a digital environment.
