These services are delivered to support the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, encompassing a diverse range of personnel including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel. Additionally, the program extends its services to encompass five (5) remote Army sites within PSAB. This program ensures the seamless functioning of operations, maintenance, and support activities essential for the sustained mission readiness and operational effectiveness of PSAB and its associated units.</p><br><br><br><p><b>JOB SUMMARY: </b>The <b><i>Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) </i></b><b><span>Laborer Foreman</span></b><span> is responsible for supporting the Power Plant Services in providing Escorting support to Third Country National (TCN)/Other Country National (OCN) escorting & monitoring and for the completion of required reports and tasks following the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company and the USAF. </span></p><br><br><br><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b>:</p><br><br><ul><li>Process personnel to and from the PSAB Visitors Control Center before and after work shifts IAW with USCENTCOM escorting procedures.</li><li>Provide escorting support to Other Country Nationals (OCNs) in various CES & FSS areas as identifies by the Site Manager.</li><li>Escorts un-cleared personnel into areas and monitors personnel performing maintenance and BOS-I services.</li><li>Logs in and out all TCN/ OCN contractors and counts personnel before and after they perform duties; notifies appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.</li><li>Makes contact with TCN/ OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges; provides and briefs them on rules and procedures.</li><li>Monitors TCN/ OCN work until it is completed for the day and the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.</li><li>Ensures TCN/ OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband (i.e. weapons, drugs, etc.)</li><li>Maintains sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing TCN/ OCN monitor duties.</li><li>Provides for safety and welfare of oneself and monitored personnel (such as evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack).</li><li>Notify Project/Site Manager and the Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.</li><li>Maintains an alert state of readiness and is prepared to properly respond to any situation that may occur; alerts appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of TCN/ OCNs.</li><li>Performs a wide range of administrative and other support services to deliver BOS-I.</li><li>Coordinative activities in support of managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the project/site.</li><li>Responsible for the completion of required reports and tasks of the project in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. </li><li>Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments and duties to provide services to PSAB. </li><li>Supports the site leadership to fulfill contractual reporting requirements to the United States Government. </li><li>Demonstrate excellent communications skills with all levels of management and interfaces with client personnel and subcontractors.</li><li>Promote and uphold KBR’s Zero Harm safety program policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure the successful delivery of services to 4,000 personnel, plus or minus 10%.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul><br><p><b>MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED: </b></p><br><br><ul><li>May be exposed to potentially hazardous conditions that require wear of hard hats, gloves, steel toed boots, hearing protection, safety glasses and other personal protection equipment (PPE); Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech </p><br><br> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><br><br> <p>Surgery Pricing Analyst provides support and guidance to the business regarding strategic pricing priorities, to drive value-based pricing and to maximize the value of innovation, and lead the pricing related tasks for Surgery Franchise in Saudi.</p><br><br> <p><strong>You will be responsible for:</strong></p><br><br> <ul><li>Pro-actively engage with Business partners and SAM teams, to provide support and guidance regarding strategic pricing priorities: to drive value-based pricing and to maximize the value of innovation</li><li>Support Pricing Lead for multi-factor pricing analysis to identify and monitor the trends, root cause of profitability leaks and/or price erosion and provide recommendations</li><li>Lead KSA private sector indirect tender submissions and support KSA direct tender submissions</li><li>Analyze tender quotation prices and profitability, review outcomes through win/loss reviews, pricing simulations, and debrief to build tender intelligence to increase success rate for future tenders.</li><li>Leverage historical tender data, win/loss analysis, and market benchmarks to support pricing strategies.</li><li>Ensure continuity, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly Price Performance Reports and Business Reviews</li><li>Ensure local pricing governance and EMEA pricing governance guidelines are followed</li><li>Support business by seeking ways to drive better product mix to improve profitability</li><li>Drive price escalations as per guidelines and support the discussions by providing detailed price analysis considering key performance measures</li><li>Support Pricing Leader in developing governance and discount matrix models and frameworks to ensure pricing compliance and adherence to guidelines</li><li>Provide price change simulations during PL update process to optimize SGP through Price, Volume & Mix.</li><li>Support pricing trainings to upgrade skills of S&M team to influence price decision making process in line with strategic priorities, to enhance product value understanding, to support correct product positioning and segmentation in the market.</li><li>Continuously improve pricing reporting and analytics: Maintain Power BI reports for pricing reviews and always look for opportunities to enhance the report and dashboards to provide greater visibility on business</li><li>Ensure Product database/ Price list is accurate and aligned with Regulatory inputs</li><li>Manage Cignon PL approvals in timely manner, ensuring prices are set within pricing guidelines</li><li>Lead/support key projects related to Pricing & Tenders wherever needed</li><li>Ensure Pricing SOPs are kept up to date</li><li>Ensure compliant pricing processes and SOX controls are in place and documented per requirements</li><li>Maintain the timely and accurate submission of SOX reports concerning pricing conditions on SAP</li><li>Lead the regular maintenance of Price and Profitability Tool, and continuously look for opportunities for enhancements, to support decision making process</li><li>Continuously maintain prices in SAP to ensure the right price is loaded for the right customer for smooth order processing</li><li>Train all AFA Tender module users whenever necessary and lead the change management for the stakeholders accordingly</li><li>Continuously improve the digital tools and reports, to support business stakeholders and to ensure all changing requirements are met</li><li>Observes and promotes all regulatory requirements as defined per applicable regulations, rules and procedures established by the Company, and notifies any violation or deviation to the immediate supervisor or appropriate authority</li><li>Complies with own training requirements to perform duties of own job</li></ul> <p><strong>Qualifications / Requirements:</strong></p><br><br> <ul><li>University/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Business or Engineering</li><li>2-3 years related experience ideally in pricing, tenders, or finance in the region.
