Job Summary The Mining Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling drilling rigs and related mining equipment to customers across the Eastern Province and throughout Saudi Arabia. The role involves working with companies, factories, contractors, and clients to understand their technical requirements, preparing commercial proposals, and convert opportunities into successful business partnerships.<br>Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant industries and markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, factories, contractors, consultants, and clients. Conduct client visits and meetings to understand technical and commercial requirements. Receive, review, and respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQs). Prepare quotations, technical proposals, commercial offers, and presentations. Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery requirements. Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and operations teams to develop suitable client solutions. Generate new leads through market research, networking, referrals, and direct client engagement. Maintain an updated database of prospects, clients, projects, and sales opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, upcoming projects, and customer needs. Manage the business development pipeline and provide regular progress and sales reports. Support contract negotiations and ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the relevant departments. Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events. Follow up with existing clients to identify repeat-business and cross-selling opportunities. Work toward achieving assigned business development and revenue targets.<br>Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Minimum of two years of experience in business development, sales engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Previous experience dealing with factories, companies, contractors, and end clients. Practical experience handling RFQs, quotations, client meetings, and commercial proposals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is preferred.
