Perform operation and maintenance of Edwards EST3/EST4 fire alarm systems. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities based on defined schedules. Troubleshoot fire alarm loops, devices, and panel/system-level faults. Maintain and support CCTV (IP-based systems), Access Control (Lenel/ATS), and Intrusion Detection Systems. Monitor and investigate alarms from centralized systems. Ensure proper integration between fire and security systems. Support field teams (ML1) and coordinate with OEM/vendors (ML3).
