<li><span>Conduct effective sales sessions and provide exception-based performance reviews and coaching. </span></li>

<li><span>Lead regular performance review meetings and provide constructive feedback to the sales team. </span></li>
<li><span>Ensure all customer orders collected by field sales teams are submitted to Sales Logistics on a daily basis for timely processing.</span></li>
