Position Objective<br><br>Supporting the overall operations of the store and ensuring a seamless customer experience. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior OSS Support Engineer to join our technical operations team. In this role, you will provide advanced (L2) technical support for our clients—primarily major telecom and network operators.
