Activate the service of the new employees on the system and finalize all related activities in regards to the on boarding from user name, password, nametag, switching bank details .etc. in order to ensure that the system is updated and to facilitate the finalization of the on boarding process. Quality check on the receiving of the ID, ATM visa and residence of Nahdi employees to ensure compliance and to ensure timely delivery of the Personnel services. Department Management: Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching etc to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.
