Role Description We are looking for a Civil Engineer – Fresh Graduate / Entry Level to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position suitable for candidates who are looking to start and develop their career in civil engineering. The Civil Engineer will support the engineering team with day-to-day technical and site-related activities, assist with drawings and documentation, participate in site visits, and coordinate with team members as required. Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and manage technical and financial proposals for tenders and RFQs.• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and scope of work.• Coordinate with technical, commercial, procurement, and project teams to develop competitive bids.• Prepare cost estimates, pricing, rate analysis, and financial offers.• Identify project requirements, risks, exclusions, and commercial conditions.• Prepare method statements, technical submissions, compliance statements, and other tender documentation.• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and pricing.• Ensure tender submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.• Maintain proper records of tender documents and submitted proposals.
