Key Responsibilities:Project Management & Execution Lead and manage the overall delivery of the HVDC project in compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and international standards. Develop and implement project execution strategies, schedules, and budgets. Oversee the full project cycle, including planning, engineering, procurement, logistics, site installation, testing, and commissioning of HVDC systems. Ensure the integration of converter stations, substations, control & protection systems, and transmission lines. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Leadership & Team Management Lead multidisciplinary project teams (engineering, construction, HSE, QA/QC, commissioning). Coach and mentor site engineers, package managers, and support staff. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. HSE & Compliance Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
