<p>Roles & Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Lead the daily operations of the engineering consultancy office and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.</p></li><li><p>Manage multiple architectural, civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical projects from initiation through final delivery.</p></li><li><p>Prepare project schedules, assign tasks to engineers, and closely monitor deadlines and deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate technical work between all engineering disciplines and ensure the quality and accuracy of submissions.</p></li><li><p>Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and relevant authorities.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on approvals, permits, technical submissions, client comments, and outstanding project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Identify delayed projects and take immediate corrective action to keep work progressing.</p></li><li><p>Prepare clear weekly reports covering project status, deadlines, responsibilities, collections, and required management decisions.</p></li><li><p>Support the preparation of proposals, project scopes, fee quotations, contracts, and client presentations.</p></li><li><p>Maintain proper documentation and ensure that all project information is stored and accessible through company systems.</p></li><li><p>Lead and motivate the engineering team while promoting accountability, professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.</p></li><li><p>5 – 8 years of relevant experience, including leadership or project management experience within an engineering consultancy office.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience working in Saudi Arabia and dealing with local clients and government authorities.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of Balady platform, Saudi Building Code, municipal requirements, and engineering approval procedures.</p></li><li><p>Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Able to manage multidisciplinary teams and several projects simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Commercial awareness with experience in proposals, pricing, contracts, and client follow-up.</p></li><li><p>Fluent Arabic and good professional English.</p></li><li><p>Highly organized, trustworthy, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.</p></li><li><p>Based in or willing to relocate to Jubail, Saudi Arabia.</p></li></ol>
