We are looking for an accurate and experienced Surveyor to lead field survey operations, spatial data collection, and layout controls across large-scale Infrastructure and Mass Earthworks projects. The candidate will be responsible for setting out project boundaries, executing topographical surveys, monitoring mass excavation and filling levels, and calculating accurate earthwork volumes in coordination with site engineers and technical office teams. Key Responsibilities:Conduct topographical surveys, control point establishment, and site boundary verifications for site preparation and mass earthworks. Set out grid lines, levels, and slopes for excavation, backfilling, compaction, and grading operations. Perform regular progress survey measurements to generate volume calculations (cut and fill) and updated surface models. Operate and maintain high-precision surveying equipment including GPS/GNSS, Total Stations, and Digital Levels. Prepare survey reports, cross-sections, and spatial data submittals for consultant approvals and client verification. Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying Engineering, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering. Professional Accreditation: Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) or equivalent professional body is preferred. Technical Skills & Software:High proficiency in Civil 3D, Auto CAD, and survey data processing software. Hands-on expertise with Leica / Trimble GNSS GPS, Total Stations, and 3D Laser Scanners. Drone/UAV surveying experience is a strong plus. Experience: Minimum 4–6+ years of surveying experience in major civil infrastructure, mass earthworks, and land development projects. Strong knowledge of soil profile measurement, volume calculation techniques, and site safety protocols.

The Senior Fire and Life Safety Manager is responsible for leading the planning, design review, implementation, and compliance of all Fire and Life Safety systems across the project.
