Missions/Main Duties

Profile/Skills

Saudi Arabia<br><br>Are you a results-driven Technical Sales professional with a proven track record in Static & Rotating Equipment sales within the Saudi Arabian Oil & Gas industry?<br><br>We are looking for an experienced professional who can independently manage the complete technical sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to successfully closing complex engineering deals.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>✅ Develop business with EPC contractors, end users, and industrial clients.<br>✅ Handle RFQs, tenders, technical proposals, and techno-commercial offers.<br>✅ Review customer specifications and recommend technically compliant solutions.<br>✅ Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and bid clarification meetings.<br>✅ Negotiate commercial and technical terms and successfully close orders.<br>✅ Coordinate with OEMs, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.<br>✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across the Kingdom.<br><br>Products & Equipment<br><br>Experience in the sales of one or more of the following is highly preferred:<br><br>- Pumps<br>- Valves<br>- Heat Exchangers<br>- Pressure Vessels<br>- Compressors<br>- Turbines<br>- Mechanical Seals<br>- Industrial Process Equipment<br>- Other Static & Rotating Equipment<br><br>Mandatory Requirements<br><br>✔️ 8–10 years of Technical Sales experience<br>✔️ Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory<br>✔️ Strong exposure to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial sectors<br>✔️ Proven experience handling RFQs, tenders, technical proposals, and negotiations independently<br>✔️ Experience working with major end users and EPC contractors such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, SWCC, Ma'aden, SATORP, YASREF, or similar organizations will be a strong advantage.<br>✔️ Good understanding of international engineering standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, and ISO.<br><br>???? CEPCO operates across Saudi Arabia and GCC countries and is a qualified turnkey general contractor with the Saudi Electricity Company in all major regions.<br>Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Site Electrical Engineer. The role involves supervising electrical works on construction sites, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and technicians to ensure safe and timely execution of electrical installations. The Site Electrical Engineer will oversee electrical testing and commissioning of equipment and systems, monitor electrical maintenance activities, and verify compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations. Daily tasks include reviewing drawings, preparing site reports, supporting problem resolution, and ensuring effective communication between site teams and office-based project stakeholders.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, with practical knowledge of electricity and power distribution systems. Proficiency in Site Supervision for electrical works, including coordinating site activities and monitoring contractor performance. Experience in Electrical Testing and commissioning of high- and medium-voltage equipment and systems. Skills in Electrical Maintenance, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and reliability improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. Familiarity with relevant IEC, NEC, or local electrical codes and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation. Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in a site environment. Previous experience with substation, transformer, or high-voltage cable projects is an advantage. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project schedules and field conditions.
