<span>Manage facade design development from concept through detailed design stages Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to align facade solutions Review facade systems for aesthetics, performance, constructability, and compliance Manage design deliverables, timelines, and quality across facade workstreams Present facade design recommendations and progress updates to internal stakeholders Demonstrate strong knowledge of curtain walling, cladding systems, glazing, rainscreen systems, and weatherproofing Experienced with facade performance — thermal, acoustic, structural, and wind load analysis Familiar with relevant software: Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino/Grasshopper (for parametric facade design), and sometimes structural analysis tools Understand building codes and standards relevant to the project's location Experienced with unitized curtain wall systems and facade access/maintenance design is for high-rise or complex projects Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with postgraduate study in facade engineering preferred 5-7 years of Relevant experience with GCC or large-scale mixed-use development Chartered status with a relevant body e.<br>g.
